Demographics - Target Market

 Hello,

Today I will do a task that my Tutor ask me to do it.

The question of the today's task is: Research demographics for your target market and write about this on your blog.

According to the document that our Tutor send us Demographics means: Statistical data relating to the population and particular groups within it. This includes:

Age: 15-45

Gender: Everyone

Annual income: High and Low

Education level: All education levels

Living status (homeowner or renter):

According to Jason Yiu, (no date) behaviours and Psychographics have the following points:

Behaviours:

  • Hobbies: music
  • Spending habits: Humans that do not mind spending time to read articles about new stars.
  • How and when they use or buy goods:
  • What benefits they gain with the content.Psychographics
Psychographics:
  • Values: Availability
  • Interests: Music
  • Life style: People that love music
  • Passions: Music lovers
So for my Poject the age of the target audiences I tink that the average is 18 years old. I do not think that specifically Female or male will chose to read this article so everyone can read it, from everywhere.

I found that there is  a vast and varied variation of publications in the genre of music magazines available.

Some of the most popular genres of music:
  • Hip-Hop
  • Rock
  • Grunge
  • Alternative/Indie
  • Pop
  • Jazz
  • Classical
  • Reggae
  • R&B
  • Country & Western
  • Rap
(Brian Clark, 2021) and (Billboard, 2019)

I think that my article will take attention to the people that love Classical songs because the Imterviewee play more classic songs than other genre.
