Reaserch for advertising

The advert-Adopt a dog

The advert that I made, was for pet adoption. I found several companies that advertising this topic.

Below you will find some of these ads and companies

1. Adopt-a-Pet.com

2. Rehome or Adopt a Pet & Help An Animal In Need | RSPCA

3.Adopt a Dog - Wild at Heart Foundation

On these sites I have noticed that the organizers of these advertisements put very bright and happy colors to convince the reader that it is a very good idea to adopt and make an animal happy. In addition, in these sites there are pictures from pets that want a house and care. Moreover, in each site there is a paragraph that tell us information for stray pets.

The right color for an advert

According to Chron  the most effective colors for an advertising campaign requires understanding the effects various colors have on your potential customers. To choose the best color for a specific advert, depends how the person who present a advert want to show the prroduct. The correct color for a advertising is key to picking the best shades to help the presenter to meet his marketing goals or the feeling that want to present.

How to Choose a Photo for an Advertisement

  • Comply with the law.Never use photos from others.
  • Know your audience.Every presenter should know which audience he wants to address.

  • A photo must be up-to-date.

  • What is more important: an image or a text? I think that the text can describe something but an image that can make feelings to the audience is the perfect choice.

  • The color of the photo is a very important point because with the correct colour can take attention.
For this research I took information from the Pressfoto.

This spesific picture can make feelings to a person who love animals!
I found it in Pixabay.

Information about adoption

Adoption is about feelings.

Over 1000 humans per hour search to adopt a pet.

The most of people who search, they will adopt a pet and others they will just visit the shelter with pets.

Millions of pets need a home, so people should understand that if they adopt a dog will make a pet's soul feel better.

Is it free to adopt a pet?

According to Petfinder when a people will adopt a pet there will be adoption fees. These adoption fees will help coverthe medical care of the pet while the animal waits for a new home such as, food and transportation costs.

There are a lot of reasons to adopt a pet. The reason tha I choose to advert this theme is that can create several feelings to a person.

The Human Society of the United States give us some reasons to adopt a pet.

  1. Because you'll save a life.
  2. Because you'll get a great animal.
  3. Because it’ll cost you less than to buy a puppy.
  4. Because your home will thank you. That's means that you will be happier in your life.
  5. Because all pets are good for your health, but adoptees offer an extra boost.
  6. Because you'll change a homeless animal's whole world.
All in all, you will have a best friend!

Furthermore, I found a site that show several creative advertisments for adoption of pet.If you click here you will see the site. This site is help me to see that this type of the advertisment want bright colours. Also, these adverts are very creative and funny. In my opinion if the advertisments are funny and creative , several group of people will se these with more attention.

The picture bellow is an advert that I found on the site with some creative Ads. The technics that they used here is the funny hstd etc. I like them because are very cute and funny. These was the factors that took my attention.

Comments

  1. The research here is okay and shows an adequate level of consideration; however, it would have been best to include some actual advertisements. Although websites can provide you with a lot of information, their overall structure and design are very different from an advert. Please considering adding examples with your own critical response to this based on the research you have done.

Portfolio websites

I found some portfolio websites to help me for mine. 1. Christina Vanessa Christina is Graphic designer and visual communicator and she has an eye for aesthetics. Her first page on her portfolio website is a simple expression of her creative work and personality. There’s a fullscreen looped video showcasing her best pieces, with her name and disciplines written above. Following this promising introduction, Christina’s ‘Explore’ page is just as impressive, incorporating multiple design features . From the works themselves to the layered blocks that make up the page’s layout, the website’s color scheme is cohesive and neutral. The soft shades of cream, beige and gray craft a serene atmosphere, further reinforced by the smooth animations. On her website there are two pages. The first one is the explore and the second one is the about me page. On her about me page, she put information for herself and contact details. This page I make it too and I wrote information for myself. On the next...

Research post for an idea

Psychological impact of the COVID-19 Is the covid-19 affecting our mental health? The results of Covid-19is the heightened anxiety, with immediate effects on our mental health. There are  fears of contagion lead us to become more conformist and tribalistic, and less accepting of eccentricity. In addition, the every day reminders of the sick maybe even sway our political affiliations. Moreover, this sickness can affect our mental health because we stayed home and we cannot do anything.  The changes about meetings with psychologists: In my opinion everyone need face to face sessions with psychology because, all we have some problems to discuss. Since covid came in our lives  , allied health professionals such as psychologists were not deemed "essential services." This meant that psychologists were not allowed to see people at their office face-to-face and all sessions had to be shifted through phones. This was different and difficult for everyone. I could say...
